Yes. You get a full 14-day free trial with your real student data. No credit card required. After the trial, plans start at $49/yr for a single student. There's also a permanent free demo mode using sample data if you just want to look around first.

Most families are up and running in under 20 minutes. Add your student's name and grade, then start entering courses. The transcript generates automatically as you go.

Everything is stored locally in your browser, right on your device. We never see your student's name, grades, or personal information.

Your data stays in your browser as long as you don't clear it. Before canceling, export your PDF transcripts and download your records. We also give you a 30-day grace period after any subscription lapse so you can still access and export everything.

Since data is stored in your browser's local storage, it's tied to the browser you use. For multi-device access, export a backup from one browser and import it on another. We're working on optional cloud sync for a future update.

Yes. DiplomaPath includes a CSV Course Importer that lets you bring in existing records from programs like Homeschool Tracker, Schoolhouse Teachers, or any spreadsheet. Go to Settings → Import Courses (CSV) for a quick one-click import, or use the full import wizard at Settings → Import Courses → Full wizard for step-by-step column mapping, duplicate detection, and one-click undo if you need to reverse the import.

Yes. DiplomaPath automatically calculates both unweighted and weighted GPA, with configurable point boosts for Honors (+0.5), AP (+1.0), and PSEO/dual enrollment (+1.0) courses. The transcript shows both calculations side by side.

Yes. Minnesota's statutory minimums are built in per Minn. Stat. § 120A.22 (English 4cr, Math 3cr, Science 3cr, Social Studies 3.5cr, Arts 1cr, Personal Finance 0.5cr, Electives 7cr = 22 total). PE and Health have no state-mandated credit minimum; they are locally determined. The app alerts you to any gaps so your student won't miss a requirement before senior year.

Yes. Once your student meets all graduation requirements, DiplomaPath unlocks the diploma generator. You customize the student name, school name, graduation year, and honors line, then print or save as PDF.

Yes. You can mark any course as PSEO or dual enrollment. These courses get the weighted GPA boost, show correctly on the transcript, and are documented for colleges.

Every paid plan includes all features: course tracking, weighted GPA, graduation gap alerts, PDF transcript export, diploma generator, attendance tracker, test score tracker, activities log, and college application tracker. The difference between plans is only the number of student profiles: Plus (1 student), Family (unlimited students).

No. One subscription covers your entire family within the plan's student limit. We think charging per child is unfair to larger families.

If DiplomaPath isn't right for you, email us at support@diplomapathhomeschool.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, as long as you haven't downloaded a PDF transcript or course-descriptions export.

Yes. You can upgrade from Plus to Family at any time. Contact support and we'll prorate the difference.

No. DiplomaPath includes built-in graduation requirement packs for 25 states: Minnesota, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, South Carolina, Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Idaho, Missouri, Indiana, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Alabama, California, New York, Oregon, Nevada, New Jersey, Arkansas, and Utah. Select your state in Settings and the graduation tracker loads your state's credit minimums automatically. If your state isn't listed, you can set fully custom credit targets.

DiplomaPath helps you maintain the records Minnesota requires under Minn. Stat. § 120A.22. It does not submit anything to the state on your behalf. You remain responsible for your annual report to your local district. The app keeps your records organized so that reporting is easy.

Yes. DiplomaPath's Texas pack tracks the Foundation Diploma path (22 credits) and the Foundation + Endorsement path (26 credits). Texas homeschool law doesn't mandate state reporting, but colleges still require a professional transcript with course names, grades, GPA, and credit totals. DiplomaPath generates all of that as a print-ready PDF.
